I am Toxey Smith,

President and founder of Toxey M. Smith, LLC, and have been involved in the building industry since 1979.

I worked as the Controller at Maner Builders Supply for 16 years. Following my retirement from Maner in 1998, I formed my own construction company.

Operating as Toxey M. Smith, LLC, my staff and I have specialized in the construction of speculative and custom homes in Columbia and Richmond Counties (Augusta area). The foundation of my business has been quality construction methods, cost concious pricing, and outstanding customer service... before, during, and after completion.

My accomplishments include:
